Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is designed for learners who wish to become mental health first-aiders in the workplace. The 3 levels are, level 1 “Awareness of Mental Health, Level 2 “Understanding Mental Health” and Level 3 “Supervising Mental Health in the Workplace” all qualifications are a Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) which is regulated by Ofqual.
