Bob joined the company fifteen years ago and has worked across all divisions, but found his natural home at Anchor within the HR department in 2014. Bob was a recruitment officer for some time before he decided to further his career in Human Resources by attaining a Level 5 qualification from The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)

He is based at HQ and manages a team of HR assistants. His unique understanding of the organisation gives Bob the ability to liaise with different departments and provide information for all employees from front line staff right up to board level. Although Bob is mainly office based, a proportion of his time is spent visiting staff on site and attending meetings and conferences.
