To support the growth of our Anchor Academy and its offering to clients, we are very happy to welcome Justine Crozier to our team as Learning and Development Director.

With over 20 years’ experience in education, working with Colleges, Higher Education and private training providers, Justine has an enviable knowledgebase and expertise in managing teaching and learning, curriculum development, operations, contract management, business development and quality assurance and improvement.

Justine joins us after holding a number of key leadership roles at Northumberland County Council, Newcastle College and Learning Curve Group, with significant experience of working on an international level within the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

Her experience and dedication to education will prove invaluable as the Anchor Group looks to streamline and expand our training service offering to clients through the Anchor Training Academy.

What is the Anchor Academy?

An approved Highfield Qualifications Centre, the Anchor Training Academy provides businesses with sector specific training and qualifications that enable their workforce to gain up-to-date skills and knowledge relevant to their role.
